Company History
1987 DRF Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH was founded as a commercial investment company. During the years that followed, several retail warehouses were purchased or developed as real estate limited partnerships.
1993 the holding company acquired a 95% share of a property company belonging to DG-Bank in Frankfurt as a means of becoming more involved in the project development business.
The remaining 5% of shares were acquired by the M.M. Warburg banking group of Hamburg.
The company, from then on known as GEDO KG, is today one of the most well-known project development companies in Germany and focuses its activities in the field of retail properties.
2016 Thanks to its prudent business policies and wide spectrum of investments, DRF Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH has developed into a significant holding investment and management company.
DRF Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH's equity capital has now grown to over €100 million. Shares in the company continue to be privately owned.
